Instructions

Combine flour - 4 cups, salt, eggs, and water in a bowl and mix together.

Knead for a few minutes, resting the dough whenever it stiffens. First knead should yield a smooth dough ball.

Cover and put dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Knead once more to obtain a smooth dough ball (should be soft). Set to rest for 20 minutes more.

Cut into portions, roll each into a ball, and set aside for assembly.
