Instructions

Soak dried chickpeas in water overnight.

Drain the chickpeas. Grind all ingredients through a meat grinder: fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, yellow onions, garlic, jalapeño, and finally bread slices (wet and squeezed of excess water).

Mix in ground cumin, ground coriander, and sea salt. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Shape mixture into small, slightly flat balls. Deep fry in a deep pan with frying oil on both sides until light golden brown.
