Instructions
dried chickpeas, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, yellow onions, garlic, jalapeno, bread
ground cumin, ground coriander, sea salt
Grinding
Wash the fresh parsley and fresh cilantro well. In a meat grinder, grind dried chickpeas, yellow onions, garlic, jalapeno, and the herbs together. Add the bread (wet and squeezed of excess water) last and grind through.
Seasoning
Mix in ground cumin, ground coriander, and sea salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Frying
Shape the mixture into small, flat falafel balls. Deep fry in a deep fryer or deep pan, turning halfway through, for 3 minutes until light brown
